Completeness of the Database?

When you "can't find your people" in an online database, consider determining if the database may be incomplete by searching it by locality only. Here's a link to a blog post I wrote yesterday regarding 1905 Iowa State Census at FamilySearch that appears to not include a significant part of Scott County, Iowa.
